1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for participation in workshops and events concluded via the online shop at www.florianbronk.com .

2. Subject matter of the contract
The subject of the contract is participation in workshops or events that are described and bookable on the website.
The content, dates and locations of the events are set out in the respective product descriptions.
3. Conclusion of contract
Bookings are made via the shop system. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive a booking confirmation by email.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices (small business regulation according to § 19 UStG – no VAT shown).
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. PayPal, credit card).
5. Conditions of participation
Participation is at your own risk. Participants are assumed to be physically fit to participate in the events.
The organizer is not liable for any health damage caused by improper execution.
6. Withdrawal by the organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone events if the number of participants is too low or for important reasons (e.g. illness, force majeure).
In this case, the full ticket price will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered. Further claims are excluded.
7. No right of withdrawal / No return
There is no right of withdrawal for booking workshops and events (Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code), as these are leisure events with a fixed date.
Cancellations and refunds are not possible . The booking is binding.
However, participation can be transferred to another person – please contact us in good time by email.
8. Copyrights
All documents, content, and concepts provided during the workshops are subject to copyright and may not be distributed or published without express written consent.
9. Liability
No liability is assumed for participants’ personal belongings.
Liability for damage to health, property or assets is only assumed if it was caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer.
10. Data protection
The privacy policy at www.florianbronk.com/datenschutzerklärung applies.
11. Place of jurisdiction and final provisions
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg if the customer is a merchant or has no permanent residence in the country.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
