This website is operated by the e-commerce platform Shopify Inc. (151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada). Shopify stores all data collected on the website on servers in the USA and, where applicable, in the EU.
Shopify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework .

4. Data collected when visiting the website

When you visit the website, Shopify automatically collects the following data:

  • IP address

  • Browser information

  • Visited pages & products

  • Date and time of access

  • Referrer URL

This data is used for security, statistical, and optimization purposes. Some of it is stored anonymously.

5. Orders and customer account

When you place an order or create a customer account, the following personal data will be processed:

  • First name Last Name

  • address

  • E-mail address

  • Payment information

  • telephone number if applicable

This data is processed for contract fulfillment , invoicing, shipping and customer support.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of contract).

6. Payment service providers

Payments are made via integrated payment providers such as:

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • if necessary, others (Klarna, Stripe, etc.)

These payment providers receive personal data (e.g. name, email, payment amount) for processing purposes.
Responsibility for data protection lies with the respective service providers.

7. Newsletter

When you sign up for my newsletter, your email address will be processed. Registration is done using the double opt-in process.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

8. Contact

If you contact me by email or contact form, I will save your information to process your request.

This website may contain embedded content such as:

  • Spotify Player (Spotify AB)

Embedding may result in personal data (e.g. IP address) being transferred to the providers.
Embedding is done using a data protection-friendly two-click solution, where technically possible.
